Six-cylinder engines offer not only smoothness and refinement, but also superior power and performance over four cylinder equipped vehicles. Considering Motorcycles, six cylinders in-line inevitably made the engine either very long or very wide, creating ...

Well, I thought I would start a separate thread for this than my B2 SAS in case anyone else is interested in doing a similar swap since most will swap in a 4.0 or 302 v8 into a B2 and as of yet I have not found a B2 with the inline 300. My reasons for choosing an inline 300 engine 1. I wanted to change to a carberated setup to get rid of the EFI system and eventually convert it to run on ...

I need a pair of inline 6 transom brackets from a later model 1150. Looks like older brackets but has no screw clamps. Each bracket bolts on with 2 bolts and the bottom of the bracket is thicker and has 5 bolt holes. Tilt tube is larger 1" dia. Part # 1496-7798 or 99. Thanks, Gary

Inline 6 manifold/carb warmers? Ok, so I am planning on adding some sort of aftermarket intake to my I6 250 in my 1963 C10. I've bid on a few 2x2 intakes, and, most recently, a single 4-bbl intake in Ebay. My question is: I keep reading that you need to heat the fuel mixture for regular driving my tapping a hole in the manifold, ...

The beauty of riding motorcycles is how they lean into curves with no conscious effort on your part. A V-8 bike will only do one thing right, go fast. It will not handle well on curves, so it will be disappointing to ride.

Update: took the top of the trans off and got the engine in a little farther.... Pictures tell the story, engine is still a good 6" from the firewall. Oil pan on the 300 dips in the wrong spot for the b2 frame = front cross member comes out tomorrow. Trans crossmember might have to come out too, especially when I replace the tcase with a NP205....

As for painting the Block.... I want to, put it depends if I can get the engine out or not. As for the carb, I got it the other day. I havent mounted it yet, cause I'm not ...
