I travel with my job and I'm going out of town this weekend (short trip just a couple days) but I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with airport security and injectables (the syringes & meds) - I looked online and I know they will let me carry it on but I didn't know if they give you a hassle. Anyone had any problems? TIA TTC # 1 ME: 30 DH: 30 DX PCOS 6/08 50 mg Clomid = no ...

Would it be worth a cycle of trying Femara after several on Clomid with no luck? I respond really well to Clomid but it still isn't doing the trick, so the nurse mentioned Femara or Injectables. I'd almost rather just move on to injections. Also, what CD do you start injectables on if you take them? Thank you. *Christina* TTC since 9/06 1st Round of Clomid+trigger: 50 mg, ...

If AF shows tomorrow like i think it will... is it too late for DH and i to decide to go ahead w/injectables for next cycle? I know you have to go in for a consult...Can you do that on CD1 or is this something i should have already done? We were on the fence about it but i think we have decided to go ahead with it.TIA TTC since April 2007 ~Missed M/C 10/04/07 11weeks 3days~ cycle #1 ...

Please help me interpret this info (or if easier, direct me to a site that can help me) :) I'm cd7 on Bravelle (first cycle on injectables), and had 3 follies on each side (10, 9, 8 mm on the left and 10, 7, 5 on the right). My lining was only 4.7, but I was spotting even yesterday (TMI, sorry!) My FSH CD3 was 7.74, E2 50.5. The RE seemed happy with everything, but I'm still new enough to ...

I'm curious, if you had a cyst after your 1st injectables cycle, did you end up getting a cyst after each subsequent cycle? Nigel the laughing cat. Dx PCOS 7/07. Failed Clomid (50, 100, and 150mg). Follstim/IUI #1 - BFN.

Hi ladies, Question from an IUI newbie here... I am on day 8 of my cycle. Tomorrow I will have u/s and b/w to see how I am progressing after 5 days of injectables. I have no idea what to expect at that point so I guess I'll find out. My question is, when you are on injectables does it make for an earlier O, a later one, or about the same time as you did prior to injectables. My normal O ...

My insurance only covers 6 cycles of treatment (whether that be Clomid/TI or Clomid/Injectables/IUI) per pregnancy or documented miscarriage.... We used our first two cycles with Clomid doing TI. This cycle we added IUI. If this doesn't work, RE said we would try this same thing next cycle. Would you change over to injectables/IUI for the last three cycles that are covered? I didn't have any...

I've done Femara for 4 cycles and injectables for one (current cycle). I did have some s/e on Femara ($40)-- serious bloating, headaches, leg cramps, and moodiness. It worked for us, but I only produced one follie each cycle. Also, I spotted throughout the 2 ww (don't know what your dx is, but mine is PCOS). With injectables (about $2500 for the cycle-- co-pay was the same as for Femara...
