Has anyone ever experienced crazy bad indigestion? I feel like I swallowed battery acid. :( This is different than the M/S I experienced, but it is almost intolerable. My doctor called me in a prescription...just wanted to hear some words of encouragement. Hopefully my babies are blissfully unaware of mommy's distress. Annie

Yes, Yes!! I have. My doctor told me take what OTC antiacids I can take and if it gets worse she would prescribe me something. I have to eat small meals and not eating anything two hours before bedtime. Last week it hasn't been too bad as long as as I take the antiacids. Debbie

I am 29 weeks and the heartburn and indigestion have become so terrible eating ANYTHING makes me feel incredibly sick and sleeping is uncomfortable and impossible. Tums seemed to help at first, but then stopped working so I switched to Mylanta which was helping, but now I find myself taking it 4 or 5 times a day and even then I still feel awful. I've read that taking Prilosec and Nexium are ...

Hi all, I won't be around much today Mike has an appointment at the Royal Brompton Hospital. All totally unexpected. He's had chest pains for a few weeks now but not made a big deal about it, he's suffered with indigestion ever since I've known him but he's not been himself. Anyway I finally made him book and appointment with our local doctor for this afternoon. Yesterday morning his...

Indigestion, acid reflux and heartburn are all the same thing! I have used zantac with good success, 150 mg is what has been what several Dr's recommended. Malox or another safe (have to google, no pepto though) liquid antacid is also helpful. If you don't have either and need relief (and sometimes it works better anyway) a teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in cold water will help ...
