This post is indicative of what we're dealing with. If we have investors who think the excitement and hype is over the installation of 2 solar units, we're in trouble. Wow! Perhaps this explains why there was a huge sell off. Just a plain lack of information, understanding, confidence and/or due diligence all wrapped into one. I mean, really. Do you think this was cause for my recommendation to ...

Could be, could be. I thought it was indicative that our group of "sophisticated investors" are a bunch of sheep that are willing to do whatever a "professional" tells them to do. First he tells them it's a piece of crap and they vote it down and then he says buy 600 shares and they're all over it. Nobody even bothered to ask him why he was recommending buying a position after he had ...

Je suis d'accord avec Janpol, et j'ajouterais ce « me ». Ou alors : je crois bien que je viens d'en sortir / j'ai l'impression d'en être (enfin) sorti.

Imperial_Persephone That's right, memory repression is not commom at all. The Ego tries to protect the ID, as our preconscious mind tries to protect our conscious mind. Instead of repressing the feelings and memories, the mind distorts them to a reality that is more acceptable to us. Ohhh Freud. He has so many holes in his theories that it makes swiss cheese look solid. 4laugh

Blame the victim and blame lax gun laws to divert attention away from the fact that you could not/did not do anything. The worst example of this is Mayor and Police Chief in Miami. Last year there was a shooting in Liberty City. About 50 people gathered in front of a building known for drug activity for a night of drinking in public and illegal gambling. The cops either did not notice or ...

Another interesting thing to note is: He always follows her around as if/ like he were her pet. But if you take "pet" metaphorically ie. he's like a pet, an indicative sounds fine even though it's unreal: He always follows her around as if/ like he is her pet.
