when I turn on the PC it loads the bios and everything it supose to. and the I got the message that say ATAPI incompatible press F1 to proceed . My dvd player work fine , so I wonder wht it can be .

I bought a C4580 Photosmart when I lived in the USA last year. I'm now back in UK and need to get new ink cartridges. On the HP UK site I get the HP 350XL cartridge as recommended for the C4580. Anyone else having trouble receiving video MMS today? I sent two vids to the iPhone from the Storm and both times got messages on the iPhone to the effect of "file too large or incompatible" or something like that.
