I prefer doing incline bench press with dumbbells and my new gym's bench has way more settings than my old one did...it gets specific with the degrees of incline...so, i've been doing my press at 37 degree incline...what degree do you guys suggest/do?....i want to focus on chest and not so much delts....sorry i can't recall all the settings, but hopefully somebody in here has run into something ...

is LO suppose to be doing this if he has reflux/milk intolerance????? i just saw someone talking about worrying that their baby will choke on spit up...and reflux babies need to be on an incline....but it was just someone from my normal birth boards so i have no idea if she knew what she was talking about??? i have questioned DH about this and he thought i was paranoid.

ok so im tired of not being satisfied with how my chest looks, it looks droopy to me but when i flex its hard so i know its not a matter of there being no muscle but i read that doing incline bench and DB instead of flat bench would help, any truth to this? if not what are some other things i can do to help fix this, look at my pics to get an idea of what im talking about with my chest. any ...

if a cylinder rolls down and incline without slipping then i decrease the coefficient of friction and it does slip a little will it have more, less, or the same kinetic energy as before I think less, my physics teacher says the same

I need a sturdy adjustable (decline/flat/incline) bench to use in my power rack. I'd rather not spend $250.00 for the mate to my parabody rack. Anyone know of something under $200 that's sturdy enough for a 200lb guy + whatever's on the bar?

Hey guys! I've got one of my rear doors that won't hold itself open on even the slightest incline. Is there an easy way to adjust the tension of the spring so it holds itself open better? My other rear door squeaks when I open it, what is the recommended lubricant for these springs? Thanks! Mike

i know this does not sound impressive compared to you big guys but a year ago i started training and i was so weak - i could just bench press the 20kg bell bar! yesterday i manged 65kg incline bench press. not massive but am so chuffed i have made such progress!
