I'm not kidding, I haven't had hayfever this year which is great horrific tradition of me, and I went right through working and training with the ol' swine flu. I suppose if you use them properly it really hones every system in your body.

Re: I need to build my immune system I completely agree with a D3 supplement and/or plain old sunshine for 10-15 minutes with NO sunscreen. Also, probiotics, Vitamin C rich foods, lots of water and a zinc supplement. Worked very well for my asthmatic, allergy and eczema prone daughter! ...
