Foma films + Ilford ID11 developer Hi. I bought a few days ago Foma 120 and 35 mm. ISO 100 & 200 film and Foma developer to test, because I have never used that film. One of the latest photos uploaded to the gallery is made with Foma 400 + D76 and I liked the result. If I am not in a mistake, D76 and ID11 have the same chemicals compositions. So ..... Has anyone used the ID11 with ...

right my dslr is going to be out of action for the christmas, so im stuck with the film slr, though that isnt a bad thing so i picked up two rolls of ilford delta 3200 in gunns today to experiment with some b&w over the holidays. I've been reading about the iso is actually rated 1000 rather then 3200 as its on the box so what do i expose it at for general low light use? 1000? 1600? ...
Hey guys, I've got some medium format films I'm planning on processing fairly soon. Question about developer - I've got some Ilford Ilfotec LC29 developer concentrate. Is it worth premixing the stock and then using that when I develop or am I as good as just using the developer out of the bottle but obviously reducing the amount to suit? Cheers! Welly

Ilford now has some 3880 icc profiles posted for some of their print media for those of you interested. I just did some test prints on Galerie Smooth Pearl and Gloss papers with good results.

I'm not sure what the correct forum is for discussing XP2 Super, but I'll post here as its process C-41. Is ILFORD XP2 Super supposed to exhibit a purple base colour? The film is clear in as much as fixed and washed correctly, and the negatives print normally on ILFORD MGIV. Tom

I know this is difficult to answer on text only forum but.... I have been using the regular Ilford RC multigrade glassy surface paper. The exact type is Ilford MGIV Multigrae IV RC Deluxe - Glossy. This is the only paper I know other than the old Kodak graded paper from decades ago. Today, I was thinking about using different kind of paper. Can someone please tell me what would WARM...

Developed my second xp2 at iso 200 with rodinal 1:100, stand development. Here are some results. I drive my grandmother and a friend of her, since it was their time to "take care" of the graves, changing the flours and light the candles in the lamps. It can also be interesting since one, the persons who do not know how our cemiteries look like, can see how they are! It was the last ...

Howdy, I have been meaning to buy my fixer in larger quantities, so the last time I was in at my local supplier, I asked about getting a 5L container. They advised me that they can get the Hypam fixer (which they had on the shelf) and according to them is exactly the same as the rapid fixer So, my question is, is it?

Anyone here using the gold fibre silk currently with their 2200? Man this stuff is heavy paper 310 gsm. Do you use the rear feed or the top feed. How about lever position, do I need to back it off a notch? What Epson paper selection do you use? Would this be comparable to velvet fine art? I wanted to try a quality matte paper for some black and whites instead of Epson ultra premium matte....

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a Lomo Horizon and was wanting to use some Ilford SFX in it. I have a red filter that came with the camera and I was wondering if anyone had ever experimented with the Horizon and SFX or knew how many stops difference the red horizon filter is. Many Thanks

I just got two rolls of ilford 3200 b&w. I was going to try respooling for my hawkeye, but was going to try the method of clipping the roll ends first. Just for grins, before I tried either, I wanted to try the roll as it was. Success! It was a little tight, but I could roll it with my fingers without much force. So I just loaded the film onto the takeup spool (which was a blank ...

Hello, I may purchase a Kodak safelight with with a GBX-2 filter. This is a "dark red" filter. I am hoping that filter will be okay for use with "standard" B&W printing. I'm using ilford multigrade paper with their chemistry. Any recommendations? Thanks!
