I changed the tank and went with the 5 gal. UE trick tank. I have the bracket to move the switch to the front cylinder. I went keyless with the Guard Dawg switchless ignition. The switch itself is not working so its not included. I have the 3 wires that are needed to connect the switch included. I'm selling the bracket and 3 wires for $25.00 to cover the cost of shipping. Pay Pal OK

Ignition switch cover from a Duetto. Very good condition. No marks scratches scuffs or cracks. Not even a scuff from dangling key rings. As good as they get. $70 plus postage.

I've been helping a guy get his 78 beetle running and I've encountered some confusing issues. The starter wasn't working so I got to checking it. Everything seemed normal except the signal wire from the ignition to the solenoid has a constant 12v. Key can be off and its getting 12v. He told me that it used to have trouble starting and it required turning and holding the key to 'start' ...

how to disassemble the key switch to a 2002 chrysler concorde  Answer Hi Roxann, The switch is attached to the lock cylinder housing on the opposite end from the key insert. Disconnect the negative battery clamp (the switches mentioned below are 'hot' so you want to avoid shorting but this isn't absolutely necessary particularly so as to avoid other 'gremlins' from doing that; just be ...

My 2005.5 avant doesn't hold power when I switch off the ignition. This means no radio as soon as I turn off the motor. Something doesn't seem right. My past Audi, 97 a4, would hold power until i removed the key. I noticed that when I insert the key, without trying to start the motor, the only position I seem to have is ON. This will activate things and turn on the lights/radio. Does ...

I've tried the local ...

How do i replace ignition starter switch on 2005 ram 2005 5.9 cummins. Answer NOTE: The steering column on vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission is not equipped with an internal locking shaft with the ignition cylinder. Alternative methods of locking the steering wheel for service will have to be used. The tilt and standard column (4) (STEERING COLUMN) have been designed to be ...

I have a 1998 tacoma 4cyl auto. The other day I could not turn the key and remove it from the ignition switch. I removed the shifter cover and disconnected the wire going to a switch on the right side of the shifter and was able to remove the key. I have not removed the switch yet and was wondering if there is an adjustment or will I need to just replace the switch? And ...
