Geoblocking in ice dance? From http://www.webglossary.co.uk/Geoblocking.asp : Geoblocking is a technology that is used to prevent access to web sites from visitors in particular countries or regions. Many have speculated that ice dance judges do something similar to prevent dancers of certain countries from winning world or Olympic ...

We normally compare athlets per relative disciplines, but I'd like you to speak out on whether the styles of these sports and ice dance teams similar, and who has a more natural and genuine abilities and talent. It is pretty early to speak of V/M as of a greatest and a benchmark couple in ice dance, since they don't have that many titles, but on the other hand, in less than 3 months they may...

All the American dance teams that have won at least 2 national titles are choices. I included "Other" for those teams that did not. I picked Blumberg & ...

I remember the first time I saw Andrew Poje and Kaitlyn Weaver skate together. It was very near the beginning of their partnership and I actually got goosebumps as I watched them. I remember thinking that it was likely the start of something very spectacular. I still love to watch the two of them - and I'm not even a dance fan!

I think dance judging was much improved under COP for awhile. I think now it has gotten more complicated since the Russians have a top team that maybe isnt quite the best and is often injured, but they still want them on top. The last 2 Worlds have featured 2 different winners who each missed the other Worlds altogether they had been favored to win. The retirements of certain teams who ...

Hey, everyone! It pains me to do this... I'm being forced, due to being unemployed, to sell the tickets I have. 2010 National Championships - Spokane, Washington I have a package for the second weekend that includes tickets to the Dance and Ladies events plus the exhibition and a couple of junior events. Tickets are for Section 111 Row T seat 19 (I was told it is the aisle seat in ...
