This is a difficult decision. I am struggling here. I am in serious pain after physical therapy. I would like to take some ibuprofen, but I would also like to have a drink or 3 with dinner. What to do, what to do, what to do....I could tough out the pain and have a drink a little early. It's 5pm somewhere, right? OR...I could take the pain meds, feel loads better, and skip ...  |

Now i cant remember for the life of me if you can take these two together. I have some lemsip crap i have been taking for my cold and i want to take ibuprofen for the anti inflammatory properties. Does anyone know? |

I was on a link some gave for a different topic, but on the sidebar this caught my eye, "Benefits of Ibuprofen in Cystic Fibrosis Children." why is it ok to take bromelian before surgery but not ibuprofen? They are both blood thinners. I'm scheduled for a bleph in 2 weeks. |

OK, I know you're not supposed to take ibuprofen during the 2ww, and that rules out both Advil and Aleve. So what is OK to take? I've had a splitting headache since yesterday and I'd really like to take something for it. My Google search was not very fruitful. Can anyone offer a suggestion? I'm not a big pill-taker when I don't feel well, so Advil and Aleve are really all I'm familiar with.... |

Hi ladies - what is your RE's position on taking ibuprofen during your cycle BEFORE you ovulate. I am taking ibuprofin right now - still a few days away from my trigger. I hurt my knee really badly, so I have to take it probably for a few days. I asked the RE nurse at clinic today, and she said it's fine, but I can't take it trigger day and on. That's fine - of course I'll do what they say, and ... |

Hi Capregionbride! I agree with the pp. I was told no ibuprofin...EVER. It can affect the lining. Us thin lining girls need all the help we can get. Would it be ok to take tylenol? That is the only thing my RE wants me to take. Sorry about your knee :( Wishing you the best of luck this cycle!!! TTC since 9/07. Dx: PCOS/Amenorrhea/Anovulatory/lining problems. Clomid = BFN's.... |
