I was having problems getting logged on and had to add a 0 to my old name. Anyway... IUI #3 was negative. My husband and I had our 1st IUI done yesterday. I have PCOS and his last SA showed a high count, but very low motility and morphology. Well I guess whatever he has changed lately has worked. His post wash count was 186 million and post wash motility was 95 %. Haven't gotten morphology analysis yet. I have heard that having too high of a count can prevent pregnancy. I made an appointment specifically to discuss injectables. My OB can do clomid and IUI, so the RE was to take it to the next level. I told him IVF is where I draw the line (financially and I can't reconcile making extra embryos-just a personal choice). Today is our first IUI. I've never had one before, as we went right to IVF, and I'm excited, nervous, and cautiously optimistic. It feels so "simple" to have an IUI after gone through so many IVF cycles... Here's to getting knocked up, the kinda sorta old fashioned way!!!!
