Hello everyone, Can we run some LPARs on an iSCSI LUN or an NFS volume? The reason I ask this is that I've just inherited a pair of IBM p9110-51A machines. I'd like to reinstall one of them with three LPARs and I was curious to know if I could use an iSCSI LUN or an NFS volume to house those three LPAR? I was thinking to mirror the two local disks and install the VIO LPAR on ...

we run a test system with iscsi over 2 dedicated nics with multipath to an iscsi-san. if we disconnect one path the other one starts like configured. when we reconnect the path there is no automatic fallback. we have to run "iscsinit connect" to the target manually. should the fallback initiate automatically or do i have to create a cron job for this ? regards, Steve
