I've got a 30GB Ipod video with brand new philips stereo headphones and protective rubber case. The headphone jack has gone out on the IPOD and needs to be replaced. Well, I called today to try to get my ipod fixed. I think I'm getting free repairs or a free replacement if I go in to the store Sunday. 1) call the ipod help line at 1-800-275-2273.
