hello, new to the board not to the game. i was invited over by a good friend. I am interested in cycling equipoise for about 8-10 weeks @ 400mg with long r3 IGF-1. I was planning on starting the IGF-1 @ week 5 or 6 @ 40mcg immediately after my workout daily for 28 days. I'm considering injecting 5 days a week and skipping saturday and sunday? Would this be a good idea? I was planning on taking in a good amount of carbs after injection to raise my insulin levels as well....

I would like to run it during "on" periods also, but I think it gives "most" when coming off as you tend to keep most of youre gains. However I will run it a couple of times next "on" period, as I would like to see how the new muscle cells could grow faster with anabolics in the mix.
