Hi, I have an IBM ThinkPad running Puppy 4.31. Now I need to get a Netgear WG511v2 card working. I found some info on other forums (Ubuntu)and download a file WG511v2.tar.gz as suggested. It was also suggested that "ndiswrapper" is needed? Is there any step by step guide available to get this installed and working? Thanks in advance.

This happend some months ago, it froze totaly so i turned it off. Turned it on an it wouldnt go past the black IBM ThinkPad start up screen. Then in the bottem left hand corner of the screen it says Press F1 for IBM BIOS Setup Utility Press F12 to choose temporary boot device Nothing else, and if it stays at the screen to long (bout 2min) it will beep twice an go to a black screen saying ERROR ...

I had tiger 10.4.11 running well in my T40 with intel pentium m 1.5ghz but after I upgrade the cpu to intel pentium m 1.86ghz, it won't boot and stuck at BSD root message. After the upgrade, win xp and gentoo linux run without any problem and only osx tiger broke. Is there any easy fix without reintall? I can mount the osx hfs+ partition in the linux, should be able to modify files. ...

Faulty IBM Thinkpad T42 no display not sure it's faulty lcd or motherboard. The set doesn't come with harddisk/battery/power adapter. The exterior cover has some slight scratches, no oxidization on the ports and the hinge still feel strong.

My laptop is IBM thinkpad lenovo 2007 T60 model. I frequently face the issue with the Keyboard and touchpad. When I try to unlock the laptop either of these two always fail to repond. I have to close and reopen the system mutiple times for them to respond. Sometimes I need to restart my laptop then only the keyboard responds. Please suggest a fix to this issue
