If so, how? I'm looking to use it to fade freckles and sun damage. I'm also currently alternating MML (mama lotion) and GC 9 (green cream 9) and it said on this website that they enhance the performance of the hydroquinone. Do you use Hydroquinone in the AM before moisturizer or at night? When? thx!

I want to try this sunscreen but it contains arbutin. Arbutin is a naturally occuring derivative of hydroquinone but you don't need a prescription and from what I've read, it's not as strong as hydroquinone. I know that you shouldn't use hydroquinone if using bp b/c it will stain your skin. Does anybody know if arbutin will have the same effect?

If you start using hydroquinone to lighten freckles/dark spots, do you have to keep using it +++ forever to keep the same results? (In other words, once you've achieved the lightening effect you want, do you have to keep using it in order to keep the freckles/dark spots from coming back?)

Bindi, I understand that both the Clear & Blender are very similar, both are 4% Hydroquinone but the Blender is meant to mix with Retin-A or Renova and the Clear is meant to use alone. The Clear is great for discoloration on the surface and near the surface of the skin. The stuff you can see right now on your face. The Blender mixed with Retin-A or Renova works deeper in the skin to ...

HERE! HERE Mr. James. I agree with you! i think there is a time and a place for each procedure. of course manual micro & machine micro help to resurface and smooth the skin (at different levels), but in no way can manual go as deep and work on scaring and hp like machine micro. plus when just doing a micro alone, you do get peeling of the skin days later, which with a manual you do not (...

QUOTE (optinism @ Dec 7 2009, 12:37 PM) topicals usually will not work on red marks. The chemicals in it won't make it any better and u might risk irritating ur skin. I'm currently using the baby brush method to get rid of my red marks. But im sure the derm can tell you if u should use topical or lasers. Topicals such as hydroquinone will work on red marks by stopping more ...
