We want to live in Howard County, Maryland, but are limited on price. As long as there is room to add-on and/or update a fixer-upper will work great for us. Anyone who is scheduled for the Dec 21st physical ability test, keep in mind the snowy weather may cancel the test date... I called Howard County and they are unsure as of now if they will hold the test. They said to call back Monday morning.
