My landlord's contractor has just fitted a 100mm flue to a pipe system which is over a metre too long for that size and requires a 125mm flue. I have got a 2 bed house and i requested them if they can create a 3rd bedroom. They said you can do this at your own cost or if cant, then you fill in a trasnfer form for a bigger property. I was wondering if there is any grant scheme or any other alternative way they can support me. Please advice me.
