obviously at our income level in NYC we'll need to watch our budget, so which would be the best neighborhoods for us with no cars and easy access to Manhattan? My wife will be working in midtown, and we like to go out some on the weekends. I've read good things about Riverdale, but any neighborhood suggestions in Queens or other boroughs?

I thought it was typically "10%" but as I look around especially w/ a school-age and newborn it seems to be about 30% (even on the county's subsidized scale)   I'll going to find a regular job (not self employed) where they will take out this and that so I'm just looking at my take home just dwindle.

What is left is added to the NRP assessable income and halved to work out the notional assessment. PWC income doesn't make...
