I'm building a hotshot re-re kit and I'm having a huge problem with the rear diff binding. I've taken the rear gearbox apart countless times and even tried switching the front and rear diffs without any help. The diff is being squeezed too much to allow it to turn. I can probably sand it down a bit, or run without one of the e-clips, but really I shouldn't have to.. Tamiya usually has good ...
