I love all the illegal shopping cart vendors food. Those hotdogs that are wrapped in bacon. The Elotes con todo. The raspados. The champurrado. The tamales. The taco trucks. These people should all get together and commercialize all that. It's the best food at a very good price and they come to your neighborhood.

We used to have a company locally called "Schultz". They made fantastic (no filler) hot dogs. So sad, no more. People still talk about them. They were bought out by a huge company but they changed the recipe. AL
