You definitely have right click. Hold down the control key and click (that'll give you right-click). Alternatively, if you're using a semi-recent Mac laptop, go into System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Trackpad and click the "For secondary clicks, place two fingers on the trackpad then click the button" checkbox. Then you can right-click without holding down the control key....
