Can anyone tell me the difference between the messages sent between the following landmark bills: Homestead Act: The U.S. gave 160-acre plots to anyone with the backbone to live on them and work them. Healthcare Act: The U.S. is giving (or forcing employers to give) anyone without backbone or the skills to hold a job free healthcare insurance.

I use Zimbra through Homestead. My problem is that when I access it through Chrome,I get an error that reads: "a parsing error has occurred". This only happens in Google Chrome. Why? and most important how do I fix it?
