I would like to do any simple service to my Z3 that I can do at home. I change the oil and various filters now, have done the brakes and rear shocks as well as "fixed" the glovebox. Is there anything I else I can do? I am not a mechanic and have limited toolset. Are there other fluids I can maintain? Does the Z3 have mulitiple belts or just a single serpentine?...

Hello forum members, This is my first post here. I came across your site and liked what I read and was wondering if any of you folks could narrate your own experiences in switching providers. I used to be with Bell for phone and internet until they threatened to bill me $200/- for a modem I never received. Apparently, Bell has problems identifying old addresses from new addresses ... But that ...

Rather than retell the story, I'll just let you read the message I wrote to Sears Home Service. Given how they F'd me over royally, I think I was pretty civil. I hate everything on earth at this moment. The letter: On Tuesday, Novermber 10th, at 9:36am in the morning, I placed a call and used your automated system to schedule a repair for our washing machine. A $1600 washer ...

The other day, I got an "Annual Report" from homeservicereports.org. It listed a lot of local businesses, handymen, etc. Does anyone know anything about HSR? I was wondering if they are legit or if this is one of those things where people pay to be put in the report.

A while back I had asked about buying an @Home router from somewhere other than T-Mobile and slipping my own SIM card into it. Why? To have the freedom of taking it out and using it as a cell phone if need be, and to be able to get a handset upgrade out of that line every year since it would be a regular add-a-line on my family plan, not an @Home line. Unlimited minutes with the @...

Agree with fmcfad. Check out the DIY parked thread on top of the forum, there is tons of stuff to do. However, if the car is mechanically fine, try detailing, I find it to be simple and satisfactionary. Clean the engine bay up, defog the headlights and rear window, clean and oil the leather, fix small estetic things that might be broken (or not), polish and wax, etc. etc.
