I stayed in Big 4 St Helens Holiday Park, It was actually awesome when I first stepped in. It felt like a hotel as it was very clean. The whole experience was good until after my trip, I returned home to receive an email from them saying that they had deducted 25 dollars from my account as I did not do the housekeeping in their holiday park properly. I would really appreciate any recommendations for a family (children 7 and 3) holiday park in europe for next Summer. We are happy to stay in a mobile home, and we will be travelling by car (tesco vouchers for eurotunnel are excellent value). We went to La Grande Metairie last year in brittany and had a great time. We are considering purchasing a log lodge holiday home on a holiday park.The sellers have 17yrs left on the lease although the landlord/site owner has indicated he will extend this to 50yrs in total.Is a 50yrs lease adequate for a holiday home ? and by how much would the lodge decrease in value say after 5yrs if we came to sell with just 45 yrs left on the lease?

It is totally gross up here in NJ- icy, 32, major roads closed due to ice conditions. We were on way to in-laws, found out all roads were closed, turned around and came home. Will be in Sarasota on Sunday. Any idea on the weather? I heard there was major fog going on. I'd rather have 70 degree fog than 30 degree fog/ice.
