Don,t hold your breath. This is a very weak company. The balance sheet is a disaster. The toxic financing is a dead spiral. They issue shares faster than you can count. They have a weak board and up to this date refused to issue a CV on this people - which every company as a rule is proud of to do on their webpage, unless of course, there is nothing to be proud of -. Bell had proposed this before the current FFC (fee for carriage) fiasco that is happening now. The next session with the CRTC (think FCC) is Dec.7 I think. It did not come up at the session that just ended. It has very little chance of ever seeing the light of day. Bell wanted to use their equipment as a bait and hook to add extra programming later.
