At the end, the kid gets the bell that he lost in the hole in his pocket. But, although he can hear it ring, the parents cannot, obvously meaning that they dont belive in santa. If they dont belive in santa, where wold the presents come from?

On June 3, 2003, the American Film Institute released its program, "100 Years…100 Heroes and Villains" in which Gregory Peck's portrayal of Atticus Finch was named the greatest hero in the history of film. Nine days later, Mr. Peck passed away in his sleep at age 87. His eulogy was given by Brock Peters, whose character in To Kill A Mockingbird, Tom Robinson, was defended by Peck's Atticus Finch....
