Has anyone else experienced it? Radnomly after the fan turns off I hear a hissing sound comming from the vents. And also when I come to a complete stop for the first time after start up I get a weird Knock,Knock,Knock comming from under the rear passenger seat. Has been that way since i've owned it. Niether has caused any problems.. just trying to figure out what they are.

I just received the macbook unibody polycarbonate, boot it up, and went on youtube to checkout some tutorial videos. Ok, as I mentioned in Rincewind's 'idle vibration' thread, since getting my car back from having a full engine rebuild, I've noticed that there's pretty obvious hissing sort of noise coming from the engine. i have just replaced my 05 gti with a 99 s3? it is now hissing and bubbling from the fuel cap as if u shake a bottle of pop and open it and its also throwing out fuel from the cap, the fuel coming back through the return pipe is massive, had to break of the anti-syfen valve because it was filling up to quick,has anyone got any ideas what it is? please help

My 03 QX4 R50 4x4 sat in -30 degrees for the first time last nite. OK..now have hissing coming from underneath the dash toward the fire wall. WHEN I step on the brakes it stops. I can touch the brake pedal applying just hand pressure and it stops. I got out of the car, pushed the pedal with my hand and it stopped and stayed stopped.
