What does Higurashi have to censor? Text descriptions of extreme violence? If Umineko is anything to go by, I can't imagine there being a lot of images.

This will surely be family fun for all ages. More seriously though, the the translation for this should be significantly improved over their old games, as the bilingual guy who did the TIPS threads on Anime Suki while the TV series of Higurashi was airing, and then at least one other editor (EvoSpace) also went through it.

Hey, how many Higurashi chapters can we make? I think this is somewhere in the high 20s now. But hey, Tsubamegaeshi here we come! . . . Geez, even I'm getting tired of all these new chapters, and I LIKE the new ones. Damn is Tsubamegaeshi used too often in the anime/manga/game world. Stupid anime world using Kojiro's stuff to try and make things sound cool when they aren't . . ....

actually i found the game on Rapidshare link here . But since my country really hate Rapidshare and Megaupload, i can't dl anything up to 50kbps speed. Who knows this really great anime? I really like it. It seems so childish and girlish in the beginning, but the truth is, it's much deeper, darker and more brutal, than anyone would think. I like the storyline, the characters, and the music. My favourites are Mion, Rina and Keiichi. What do you think about this anime?

It really is a creepy anime, but i liked it. All the arcs were pretty brutal. Andro666 Who knows this really great anime? I really like it. I am looking for a new series to watch that shifts genre over time, or part way through. School Days is a good example what I am looking for. Something that starts out light-hearted then progresses to become very dark. I've also seen Higurashi/Umineko, and loved those ones as well.

she was creepy and weird even in Higurashi!!!! How did we not see her trolling coming?? *bored expression for the first 4 games* *goes crazy and kills people in EP4* but FFFFFFFFFF, R07 really is a master troller!!! But I don't really understand the Rika=Bernkastel thing, how exactly did she become a witch? Was she a witch in Higurashi?

I've watched tons of anime, and I'm looking for a new horror anime. I've already seen Higurashi no naku koro ni, ghost hunt, and umineko no naku koro ni. I'm watching Ghost Hound. And anyone who says that japanese can't make horror anime can go away.
