just curious because, I've had some feet problems and cannot do the high impact stuff. Which ones would be better? I'm very strong otherwise. I love Slim Series and Squeeze types of workouts and also Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (although I modify the higher impact with kickboxing moves and stuff). Thanks, Kelly

My photography teacher called the strobist pictures I have been taking High-impact. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Does the strobist way of thinking about light lead us to take pictures that are dramatic but that aren't artistically aesthetic?

I just did # 2 yesterday and there was no cardio at all in this one. Workout # 3 has one short cardio segment which is high impact moves but can easily be modified into low impact doing the same moves and Workout # 4 has two short jump rope segments and you can modify those into any move you wish.
