I had them run the blood test and everything was normal except for her Cholesterol levels. Her Cholesterol level is 363 mg/dL (high) and the normal range is 92-324. Does anyone know what this ...

I just found out I have high cholesterol, I haven't been on Keto for about 2 months now, I do that diet when I cut. But now I am concerned that since my cholesterol is so high (genetics) and i am on a cholesterol medication, is keto still something I can do. Obviously my fat intake is much higher on keto than it is even when I bulk. Anyone have any experience on this topic? I plan on asking ...

Best thing you can do for your health in general is to eat the best quality fresh food you can find. No processed junk, no transfats, sugar, white flour. Lots of oily fish, green veg, olive oil, raw nuts. Even if you don't do keto, you should keep a lot of the principles (don't fear fat, eat lots of fresh whole food and veg). The sort of processed food which contains sugar, white flour ...

My cholesterol is actually the only 'normal' level in my immediate family ie mum, dad, 2 brothers (well... one refuses to get his checked). I probably eat the most junk food too lol Like Suebear, I've heard that for most ostomates (ileostomates at least), cholesterol isn't much of a problem anymore.
