Hi, I agree on the cheese, even now it affects me if I over indulge. The other problem with Salami is the high salt content, having said that I ate it during induction with no problem, but of course YMMV. I agree with Mike, I could eat your day's menu in one meal? One thing I have never had to do on this WOL is starve myself, that's why it has been so successful for me...
