I was seeing a nutrionist for awhile who had me on a very low carb diet. Not Atkins but low carb none the less. He told me it was better to have heavy whipping cream in my coffee - less sugar. It tastes better but not sure what everyone's thoughts were.

I'm not Tigger, but I can answer this one! You can freeze it before whipping, but once you thaw and re-blend it, you won't be able to whip it. It still works great for cooking.
