decided to max on squats tonight even though im not done what i had initially planned out. probably not the best idea but it went ok i guess 135x5 223x3 315x1 405x1 455x1 475x1 PR 500x1 PR. ****ing buried this squat
ATG or pretty damn close, was a bit slow on the way up but im def happy with it. had i actually peaked up to 405x10 i think id have had 545 but w/e 500 was the goal....
