we bought a 70 pound and returned it.... it was too light and i could punch the heck out of it!!!!! replaced it with a 100 pound bag... i still move it pretty good... but it's much better than the 70! can't help with the stand part of the question cuz we put the holder/hanger in the ceiling of our garage and use it that way....
