Does anyone here have a Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchanger Coil in their central heating cylinder? If you do, how does it perform, in particular with power showers? I am looking at installing one in a new build but I am just a little bit nervous about the performance of it. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, My combi has been loosing pressure. The Engineer filled the system to 2.5 bar and then isolated the boiler from the rest of the system. He connected the condensation outlet to a rubber tube and fed it into a bucket. Over 5 hours the boiler lost pressure and water appeared in the bucket. I am getting ready to replace the stock heat exchanger with an Afco single pass. My car uses the gold coolant. I'm going to go by the local Ford place and pick up the Motorcraft coolant they have. How much fluid do I need and do you make it a 50/50 mix? Thanks for any help.

This motor reminds me of an ol' Mooney 231 I use to maintain, Tight! My question is what tool does one recommend to remove the allen head nuts that attach the heat exchanger to the cylinder head? And where does one purchase such a tool? Thanks again, Ed
