Rumor has it that Theo is now talking with reps for RHP Rich Harden. After acquiring LF Jeremy Hermida from Florida and the FA signing of Scutaro Theo's interest in the oft injured Harden only proves how serious he is this offseason to keep pace with the Yankees . Stay tuned for the next low risk high reward deal from boy blunder.

Apparently the Mariners are showing strong interest in bringing oft-injured Rich Harden aboard. A deal would make sense for both teams as Harden is 5-0 with a 0.86 ERA at Safeco Field in 9 career outings. He was also originally drafted by the Mariners as a draft and follow prospect but never signed with them. Subsequently he was drafted and signed by the A's. When healthy, Harden could give...

Lets say your the GM of the mariners and you can add one pitcher this offseason to compliment Felix, this is who you can choose from: John Lackey Ben Sheets Rich Harden Noah Lowry Randy Wolf Brad Penny Jarrod Washburn Who would you choose? John Lackey is a proven veteran who would do well at spacious Safeco Field, but comes with a hefty price tag and the loss of a first round draft pick. ...

Anyone interested in Harden or Bedard Both weren't offered arbitration, and in Bedard's case, the market may bring him cheap. I know we really don't NEED either, but I personally think you can never have too many quality SPs Peavy Buehrle Floyd Danks Harden/Bedard Man that would be fun to watch.

"The Red Sox are serious about signing free-agent right-hander Rich Harden, according to FOXSports.com. The Red Sox have been linked to Harden for years now, so this news is unsurprising. The 28-year old tossed 141 innings with a 4.06 ERA this season while whiffing 10.9 batters, down from 2008's 2.07 ERA and 11.01 K/9. The level of interest in the right-hander thus far may net him a multi-...

Ken Rosenthal and Jon Paul Morosi of Fox Sports are reporting that Boston is " serious about pursuing " free agent starter Rich Harden . The Canadian right-hander had been rumored to be a target of the Red Sox given --- as Rosenthal and Morosi note --- the club's recent strategy of signing proven pitchers with health issues to short-term deals in an attempt to ...

I know the rumors have said the Cubs won't offer Rich Harden arbitration. But I hope they do offer him arbitration. With Lilly not being available maybe for the first month, I really wouldn't like to see the first month of the season counting heavly on Wells and Shark or others for the 3rd and 4th. I don't see the Cubs going after a good free agent pitcher or being in on any trades for a good ...

It appears the Cubs will not offer arbitration to Harden. While he's definitely an injury risk, he's certainly no more of a risk than Sheets, probably less. I would not look to him to be our #2, BUT I think he's worth it to shore up the middle of the rotation.

I'm looking to trade for or buy a lot of James Harden cards. I'm looking for (from most to least) autographs, patches, jerseys, and RC (especially Topps Chrome & refractors+). I don't need inserts at this time. So let me know what you have for me.

What benefits does a non-hardening fixer have over a hardening fixer? I know for PMK it calls for a non-hardening in order to establish a proper 2nd bath stain. But what about regular modern film emulsions in regular chemicals (such as Rodinal or ID-11)? Will using a non-hardening fixer cause films to be scratched easier when being put in plastic storage sleeves?

I will be recieving this 2ND generation Colt .45 this week. It's all blue re-blue. It cost $950. I just got the exact price from Turnbull's to case harden the frame and loading gate if I send the frame with the barrel still on. They'll remove/reattach the barrel, prep frame, case color the frame and gate, for a flat $300 plus shipping, 3-4 week turnaround. I'm damn pleased with that. The end ...
