Hi, I currently have the HSPA M1-HA plan which charges $5/month for access but comes with 100 included VOIP calls and 30 included SMS per month, and is able to receive and make calls via the Optus network directly (ie not using VOIP). On my Exetel user facilities, under the HSPA tab I can select to change plan to WM-A, but funny enough it says, "HSPA PLAN PRICE (Via USB 'Stick' Used In Desktop...

I have the following services with Exetel: 1) Non Phone Z Naked ADSL2 plan, off contract 2) HSPA M1 – HA Both these plans are grandfather plans and they come with one free VOIP number with 100 free national landline calls, 60 free SMSes per month, and lots of free email addresses. I need to cancel the ADSL2 plan later this month, but I am definitely retaining the HSPA plan, and therefore I...

The Exetel HSPA usage meter provided in the member online is not returning any results. When I enter a date range (which I know I did use the HSPA service) it returns no results....if that's the case, why was I billed for usage during this period ? It also doesn't have 2010 as a year option in the search criteria.

Hello everyone, I've got a question about SIM cards and the Blackberry Storm. I'm currently on Bell, and currently have a plain old Storm 1. I was wondering, if I were to say, purchase an unlocked Bold 9700, would I be able to put the SIM card from the CDMA Storm into it and have everything be all great? I'm currently contemplating getting either the new Bold, or maybe even the new ...

I noticed a coverage issue at Scotiabank Place (home of the Ottawa Senators) with my BB 9700 when sitting in the north part of the arena in the 3rd level where my seasons tickets are. The coverage bounces in and out with frequent "SOS's" as I lose coverage for long periods of time. No problems with my wife's CDMA network BB 8330 on Bell Mobility. I notified Bell BB tech support about the issue ...
