I am considering buying a small HD cam for backup/weight. I am looking at the Panasonic HDC-SD300 which is a 3 CMOS model. I also have the Z1E and the FX1 so would want a bit of compatability with the video. I would be editing in Premiere CS3 and would the Panasonic's AVCHD be OK with the video captured from the Z1E. Any comments? Harry

People have higher demand about the video quality today, and high technology has let us realize this demand. Panasonic Hi-Def Camcorders -Panasonic HDC- series- show us outstanding HD video image. Since Panasonic HDC is a common camera sery used by digital fans, to import Panasonic HDC videos into mac becomes a big problem for we mac users. As a result, it's necessary for mac users to ...

Can I get to HDC before kickoff from San Diego if leave at 5pm on a Friday? How bad is the traffic on a Friday heading toward HDC from the south (San Diego)? I was thinking about using the CA-73 toll freeway, which I'm sure should be a time saver, but is it doable to get there from San Diego before kickoff ...

Lately, and not everytime I drive, the ABS, HDC, and TC all are illuminated on the dash panel. They will stay on until I turn off the ignition. This is a 2003 Disco. I've checked the fuses, are all OK. Independant of this problem, I think, the Check engine light is on and the code reader says that it is a misfire in the number 4 cylander. Anyone out there ever have this problem? I live ...

Victory song at HDC? Quick question.... I know we still play "Seven Nation Army" after a goal by Galaxy but do the Galaxy still play "I Love L.A." after every win at home? I love listening to that song after Lakers and Dodgers victories.

I've been looking around trying to find a protective weather cover for my camera, and while I would like something from portabrace I dont see anything from them for the camera. The only thing I have found is the CRC-17 . Anyone have any other solutions? The Camera will be used in the backcountry for hunting and what not. Out on long trips. 4-5 days.

Im trying to make a comparison, but there is very little sample footage for the HDCSD1 that I can find. Im looking for a small lite weight flash camcorder as a backup to my Canon HV20, and I would go for an HF series camcorder, but they are too expensive for what I want to use it for, and they need power to upload footage. The HDCSD1 has a 1/4 inch 3CCD sensor system, where the HDCSD20 has ...

Part 1: What is HD Video and why should we convert HD video? Nowadays, more and more families own digital camcorders such as JVC GZ-X900, Panasonic HDC-TM350, SDR-SW21, Canon FS200, Sony HDR-XR100 etc. With these camcorders, we can store many wonderful and memorable scenes. These camcorders usually record the video as MOD, TOD or AVCHD (M2TS, MTS) video files. All of ...

If you have a camcorder like Sony HDR-SR5, Canon HF11, JVC GZ-HD10, Panasonic HDC-SD5, etc, you may have encountered failure while importing the video files generated by these camcorders which are in the format of .mts or .m2ts for playback on your iPod, iPhone, BlackBerry, or some other commonly used mobile players. Why does it happen? The reason is so simple, because the two formats are not ...
