what will happen if there's an H1-b technical violation (employer fails to finish the obligation)? my understand is that my employer needs to find another worker. but anyways for some reason there's no way now my employer can find a new worker and my employer really likes me... i have no idea what is going to happen.

As long as the job requires a minimum qualification of a Bachelors degree and there is a shortage of such professionals, H1b can be sponsored by the employer.
