I bought a package of 1/4 pound
ground beef patties, they are 80/20 (20% fat). On the label, each .25 pound patty is 290 cals, 22 grams fat, 21 grams protein. I like to bake them for 20 mins, since it's easy to clean up. I notice that a fair amount of grease/fat/water comes off them (I discard this), do I need to adjust the calorie count?
