Got a set of CoC Grippers for Xmas (the #1, the trainer, and the guide). Just wondering how you guys use them to train for grip training? Looking for input on reps/sets/etc. I can BARELY close the #1 right now, and only once when i'm fresh. Thanks!

I noticed you're not using this now, but if you do so in future try using something like this on the img element: style="max-width: 100%; max-height: 100%" this way as you're not specifying the width and height, just the max- values, it should retain the aspect ratio when resizing the image to fit the iframe.
