Ok, I know it's too early to call it a miracle, but let me just share... My LO has REFUSED to lay on his back since birth and we have been allowing him to tummy sleep. He's so fussy and will rarely go down for a nap or sleep at night without a fight. My ped diagnosed him with colic / reflux (combo of the two) but didn't want to prescribe any meds b/c she said it doesn't seem to be so extreme...

Bailey still isnt doing too well with her wind problems :-( We went to see the health visitor yesterday and she agreed with me that probably colic. We've changed from Infacol to Colief (bloody expensive but if it works...) and she suggested giving gripe water when she gets really distressed. It seems to help her but we're struggling to work out how to give it her. We tried using some of ...

As the title says! Has gripe water had any affect on your LO 's poo? I only use a little, maybe give Chloe it 2 times a day but lately her poo is a littel harder since we have been giving her it, she isn't constipated but it's just not as loose and she has a bit of a struggle passing it sometimes as it sticks to her bum ~ it's kind of sticky iykwim? It's a normal colour, the smell is the ...

Anyone using Gripe Water to help babies go to sleep or for any other reason? LO has started waking up at night due and will not go back to sleep for an hour or longer sometimes. I was wondering should I invest in some Gripe Water. I never used it when he was baby because of the baking soda, but now that he's a year old, it's ok. Thoughts?

i use the Little Tummies brand. It's about $8. I picked it up in the ShopRite. When he's screaming bloody murder & his belly hurts, a shot of that, and he tends to calm down. it helps with his gas & upset belly. I tried the all famed "Colic Calm" and it didn't work for beans... it just stained EVERYTHING, plus, he hated the taste of that one. Good luck!

I use gripe water for hiccups. It works instantly! I have not used it for gas, but now that I think about it my daughter has not screamed from gas pains since I started using it. I guess that means I vote for gripe water. I called the conpany today to ask a question and they are sending me a coupon. I-800-7 Little
