Tell a small story about one or some you have been to that are a bit freaky. I lived in rural Iowa growing up. Across the way & into the woods about 1 mile is a very old resting place for people who met their demise a very longtime ago. It's very old, as in Civil War times old & unkempt. The gravesites are sunk down many feet due to casket/coffin collapse. A thick green ground ...

Anybody know of any good ones in the MS/AL/LA area? I rode by a car lot today that had a couple of C3s and some C4's and C5's on it(along with a bunch of other cars). I had been hunting a piece for my door and decided to stop and ask if they might have one laying around. I walked up to the shop and inside the shop were a couple of restored 67's, a 53 and and a 58. I forgot what ...

WPS and Appearance Customization

I have started dividing the WPS galleries into two. All themes with permissive licenses will stay in their current WPS galleries. All themes without permissive licenses, or without any license will be moved to the appropriate Graveyard. Themes without a license permitting modification will no longer be accepted in the galleries. This is not being done to punish anybody: All the same ...

First Impressions

Ok, first, I am impressed to hell. This is without a doubt the best implemented instance of Middle Earth in a game world. First, you're dropped right into a major event right from the start. You immediately feel strong/useful, without the usual startup feel most other MMOs have. In WoW, specifically, you feel like the local kid that runs all the errands for adults, UGH. Next, You've ...

OH man! Great thread I live right near bonaventure cemetery. I swear it has to be the most beautiful one i've ever seen. Id love to see some 18 century French or Ireland churches/cemeteries. I always feel really at ease at the cemetery here in Savannah, GA its everywhere outside of it that i get really negative vibes and energies *is scared* Amazing statues and oak trees set the perfect ...

Oh, yeah... As this unit is 9 years old, do you have any thoughts on replacing it or parts with one from a salvage yard? I'll be going through, or can go through Indiana on my way to Michigan. I know I can find some type of an RV graveyard there. I just put $1,300 into brakes. Not sure it makes sense to spend $1000 to $1500 on a new fridge as well. Seems I might be better off ...

Cork City

Source The Examiner Quote: A FORMER lord mayor of Cork is to ask the city council to cap the height and width of headstones used in graveyards. Councillor Joe O’Callaghan is to put forward a motion at the next meeting of Cork City Council, after a 15.5ft high, 20ft wide gravestone was erected at Kilcully Cemetery, on the northside of the city. “It ...
