my grandaughter who is 13 yrs. called ,and needs help w/ blackheads on her nose,I have tried proactive and that made her skin worse,she has dry skin,little bumps under her skin around her cheeks and nose. I would appreciate any help,thank you

My grandaughter was 2 when she started washing rice. Now she is 4 and loves to bake cakes and she has just mastered cracking eggs and sticking her thumbs in to pull them apart. She makes her own butter and jelly sandwiches. Haven't put her on the stove yet but she loves the kitchen.
