All, if you do actually happen to shoot an intruder in your house how long do you have : 1. To be charged with the crime if any? 2. If it does go before the Grand Jury, how long does it take to get to that point. Is there a limit on how long you have before it goes to the Grand Jury? I need to know pretty quick. Thanks for the responses.

Emancipation My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Kentucky.
