Hi, This patient came in last week for a big session of 3-4000 grafts. After talking to Dr. Shapiro at length regarding his expectations and goals, they decided to achieve as much as possible since he had very good laxity and donor density. In the end, Dr. Ron could have extracted more donor but felt this session size would give this patient a good transformation....

45 Year old man had a 2646 Graft case in which 240 grafts were Double Follicular Units (DFU's). Since there are two FU's in a DFU this is the equivalent to a 2886 graft case. I covered the front 2/3 of his scalp. The photos were taken 13 months post op. This local to Vancouver patient came to Hasson & Wong in May of 2004 to have Dr. Hasson address his crown and hairline. 5450 grafts were transplanted in one session which was a very big deal in 2004. So im looking to get grafts that were placed up top removed and placed into my scar. There are some slight indentations and was wondering if I remove the grafts up top if it would help with the appearance of the scarring/indentations on top of the head? I had this procedure done about 3 years ago and its mostly 1,2, and 3 hair grafts. I just wanna be able to buzz my hair to at least a 3 guard ...

I have nipples...yeah! I had my nipple reconstruction yesterday and I am really happy with the results. We did skin grafts along the incision line on the sides and the new nipples look wonderful. I am patched up and very sore today but I don't even care I am more excited than sore... Happy Holiday's all.

hi everyone, doc says surgery went well, am at swedish in seattle had duramorph in spinal anestes...no pain except tender hip,. from bone grafts...will get out of bed tonight for commode will go home in 2 days md has ordered cele[B]rex for ma as well as dilaudid pain med. what do u think of those meds thanks for all the prayers & thoughts.
