Are there any rules governing a share buyback? How would they need to be purchased (open market, negotiated rate, etc...)? Does the purchase need to be declared beforehand, or in a filing after? Could a 3rd party handle the buyback?

Does anyone know of a way on how to govern/cap the amount of RAM that SQL 2005 standard uses. I have a server that has most of it's RAM being consumed by SQL and it is starting to effect other programs on the server. Thanks in advance!
