So I recently bought a Raleigh R700 on eBay. The seller listed the item as Used in Great Condition, comes with Speedplay X-2 pedals (along with the rest of the specs on the bike). However when I received the bike and inspected it, there was a LARGE gouge in the frame. Here it is: So I contacted the seller and asked what he/she is ...

I really want a bowl gouge. What size should I start with? Should I bother with a $20 Sears one, or get something else? I will probably stay with relatively small bowls for a while. As if I have a say in the directional flow of the vortex. This also means one of the self-centering chucks and some way of holding the bowl on by the rim?

Clemson player in the FSU game. Looks like dirty play, but I don't see the gouge. Just as likely he was pulling on the guy's helmet. But let's let the media tell us what we are seeing: http://www.fannation.com/si_blogs/fr...-second-gou ger

So I got a ding on one of my firearms (Remington 870), on the barrel to be precise. It's a tiny gouge in the metal, not very large but since I know of it my eye is drawn towards it all the time. Currently the gun is without finish, it's been bead blasted and is awaiting a parkerization job. But before I do that I would like to know if I can repair this somehow? On a car you would fill a ding ...

http://www.navysports.com/ Immediately after the Navy win over Notre Dame today, the USNA AD accepted the Bowl bid. All the info is up on the Navysports website: tix, schedule, package, info. Hotels and other tour groups have just been waiting for Navy's 7th win to get their info up on the web. You'll see if you google Navy at Texas Bowl. For those of you new to the Bowl drill, there ...

Watea 101's, several years old, plenty of life left in them, drilled for FR by previous user, Dynafit toe by me and custom rear fixture. One good gouge has been repaired. $106.66 pick up in Seattle. Not interested in shipping these. Price somewhat reflects the cosmetic ugliness of these skis and multiple screw holes, but there's lots of life left in these skis for a local dirtbag.

I was disappointed to find that my local indoor range (the only one around) requires shooters to use their ammo, you can't carry in their own. They don't gouge on price ($18.50 for box of .38s), but it's sure going to discourage people from going there who find it cheaper online or do their own reloading.

In today's gross news... A shark scuffle at Kelly Tarlton's has led to the surprise birth of eight premature baby School Shark pups which the curatorial team will nurse until they are strong enough to be released into the wild. Incredibly the pups emerged, premature but healthy, from a gouge their mother sustained when a Broadnose Sevengill shark took some of its normal seasonal ...
